Physique Focused Pilates & Weights Training Program

Physique focused classes based on 'body part' so you can choose to train & focus on areas that matter most to you. Our awarded aesthetics class system is headed by YouTube celebrity trainer Coach Ali providing both a virtual trainer (on big screens) and a live trainer in every class allowing us to focus on client's form & workout intensity which makes Bow Gym classes more like a PT session and less like a traditional class. Capped at 12 bookings per class means that you will receive an unparalleled level of support throughout your workout evident by our reviews on MindBody, Google, FaceBook, UrbanList etc. For more details on daily class please read section below.

Suspension Training

Suspension & calisthenics Training leveraging your own body weight is offered on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Weights Training

Structured weights training using dumbbells, cable machines & functional trainers are offered on Thursdays, Friday & Saturdays.

Systematic Weekly Workout Cycles

MONDAY

UPPER BODY WORKOUTS: 50mins true functional Pilates class focusing on developing & conditioning your upper body using suspension training, modern resistance training & Pilates method.

TUESDAY

PILATES CORE WORKOUTS: Tuesday is all about core centric Pilates based workout for developing your Abs, Lower back, Obliques & Glutes!  50mins fully equipped 'Bow Gym Pilates' classes are on Tuesday's menu.  They are suitable for both men & women at various levels of fitness.

WEDNESDAY

LOWER BODY WORKOUTS: 50mins true functional Pilates class focusing on developing & conditioning your lower body using suspension training, modern resistance training & Pilates method.

THURSDAY

WEIGHTS UPPER BODY: Compound & Isolating weights workouts using dumbbells and pin loaded cable crossover machines are on today's agenda.  Focused on bone & muscle health (structural strength) as well as aesthetics to develop your shape & swimwear confidence.

FRIDAY

INTENSE ABS (CORE): Friday is all about intense core workouts.  Today's class can be a mix of weights, functional training, mat work & inversion training focused on shaping and toning your mid section.

WEEKEND

WEIGHTS LOWER BODY: Compound & Isolating weights workouts using dumbbells and pin loaded cable crossover machines are on today's agenda.  Focused on bone & muscle health (structural strength) as well as aesthetics to develop your shape & swimwear confidence.  Lower body focus working all areas of your legs and buns.


HIGH INTENSITY INTERVALS: HIIT classes include Cardio-HIIT, Kick Boxercise, Core-HIIT among others.  These classes will get your heart rate up and maintain it for the duration of class for optimal cardiovascular conditioning.

NEW CLASS

Our Bikini Butt Lift class with Tamara (pic right) is available on Sundays at 10am.  With swimsuit season coming up this is the perfect class to get that booty in tip top shape and look great on the beach.

Also arriving shortly is our new Physique class which breaks down your workout by individual body parts much like a professional fitness model or competing body builder.  This program is assembled by Coach Ali (pic left).
